Applies to Quick Question, Investment Strategy Session, Land & Off-Plan Scouting and Country & Structuring Comparison. On the Ground Visit terms are agreed individually over WhatsApp.
Cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before your call (via the link in your confirmation email) for a full refund or a new time, no questions asked. Two free reschedules; after that it's final.
Less than 12 hours' notice: no refund. If something real comes up (flight cancelled, connection dropped), message and it'll be worked out.
No-show with no message: no refund.
If you show up and genuinely feel the call gave you nothing, tell André honestly within 48 hours what you expected and where he missed it, and you'll be refunded in full.
Refunds go back through Stripe, usually 5–10 business days.
