This page explains, in plain language, what information André's Investment Guidance collects, why, and what choices you have. If anything here is unclear, just email invest@andaluma.com and I will explain.

Who is responsible

André's Investment Guidance (invest.andaluma.com) is a venture of Andaluma OÜ, a company registered in Estonia. Andaluma OÜ is the data controller. You can reach us at invest@andaluma.com.

What we collect and why

• Newsletter. If you subscribe, we store your email address so we can send you the monthly update. Subscribing uses double opt-in, meaning we only add you after you click a confirmation link. Legal basis: your consent.
• Contact form. If you write to us, we receive your name, email and message so we can reply. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in answering you.
• Analytics and marketing. Only if you press "Accept" on the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand how the site is used and to measure reach. Legal basis: your consent. If you choose "Only necessary", none of this loads.

We do not sell your data, and we do not send you anything you did not ask for.

Cookies and similar technology

Before you make a choice, the site sets no tracking cookies. We only store your cookie choice itself in your browser so we do not ask you again on every visit.

• Google Analytics (GA4). Measures visits and general usage. Loads only after you accept.
• Meta Pixel. Measures actions like page views and sign-ups, and lets us reach similar audiences later. Loads only after you accept.

You can change your mind at any time using the Cookies link in the footer of the site, which reopens the banner and lets you choose again.

Who we share data with

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site. They process data on our behalf:

• Brevo (email delivery for the newsletter and contact replies).
• Google (Google Analytics).
• Meta (the Meta Pixel).
• Cloudflare (hosting of our form-handling service and network delivery).
• GitHub Pages (hosting of the website).

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. Where that happens, they rely on recognised safeguards such as the EU standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us.
• Contact messages: for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry, then we remove them.
• Analytics: according to the retention settings of Google and Meta.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can withdraw your consent at any time, unsubscribe from the newsletter whenever you like, and complain to a data protection authority if you are unhappy with how we handle your data. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
